• We have a return/exchange policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions*.
• Items which have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact. Also there will be no returns & exchanges during promotional/sale periods.

• Refund will be in the form of pay orders. • Returns, Exchanges & Refunds will only be facilitated for the goods purchased through kokulondon.com only.
• For all cash on delivery orders, request for pay order will be filed. Please send us the following information:
  1. Bank account Number & Account Title
  2. Branch Code
  3. CNIC Number
  4. Order Number
  5. Items for refund
• For orders paid using credit/debit card or PayPal, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement. Any shipping, handling costs or taxes are non-refundable. Please Allow Us Up To 21 Days For The Refund To Be Processed After Goods Are Received. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Will Only Be Facilitated for the Goods Purchased Through kokulondon.com Only.
• Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange or refunds, unless you have received damaged goods.
